Whenever I say, "There's my boy!" to Beckham, Jovial will call from wherever she is, "Beckham's MY boy mama!" She knows I love it.

This was Jovial's first time ever seeing the ocean. While we were walking from the parking lot she was so confident. She kept saying, "I'm gonna swim so good in the ocean mama." "I'm gonna love it." When we got to the place where she could see it for the first time, she held so tight to daddy. 
We stayed at the Pismo Lighthouse Suites. Pismo itself is pretty yucky but this place was great! Super clean and family friendly. We really enjoyed it. Our room overlooked this family play deck which we took advantage of.

Jovie decides she likes vacuuming better than golf.
Jovie had never been to the zoo before so we took her to the zoo in Atascadero. It was the perfect size for us. Here she is enjoying the monkeys.
I think I've mentioned before that I love cardboard cutouts.
We knew that the zoo was a good idea when the first thing we saw when we walked in was this huge great horned owl sleeping. I wish I could sleep this peacefully smack in the middle of kids yelling at me all day;)
