I was craving a fun filled vacation this summer, so that is what I asked Heath for as a birthday present. This last 4 days was perfect. We stayed with our wonderful friends Brian and Rachel Mantuano and their 2 precious kids Noah and Keira in San Diego.
My sweet little artists were so good on their longest car ride ever.
We took a trip to Moonlight Beach on Friday.
Beckham hasn't been to the beach since he was 5 months old.
He seemed pretty mesmerized and so happy to be there.

I was really proud of Jovial and Beckham. As soon as we walked up onto the beach Jov said, "I don't want to go by the water." So, I waited until she got comfortable on the sand and asked if I could hold her while I walked out into the ocean. She let me put her down so her toes could touch the water. Of course (as suspected) she thought it was awesome and said, "OK, now I want to come out here with my daddy."
Pure joy.
I love this photo because I think the kids are talking to each other about how much fun they're having.
Thanks Noah for letting me borrow this cool truck!

Even brushing is more fun with your birthday twin.
This looks like a dance picture but we're really at the zoo:)
I couldn't stop laughing when they were taking this picture.
This is where Jovial wanted to go the entire time we were at the zoo.
Polar Bears.
Honestly, I have to agree, they were the COOLEST!
Our last night included chocolate chip cookies and dancing in the backyard.

Oh my goodness. Jovial is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! She looks so grown up, it's like she went from little one to big girl in the blink of an eye!! Is Heath ready to fight off all of her soon-to-be boyfriends???
Sweet family, fun pictures, looked like a great trip!
Umm, no, that was Erin who said that. :)
